When a brand asks me about the price of a fashion photoshoot in Paris, the most honest answer is: it depends on the project.
A campaign can be a focused studio session with a clear shot list and one model, or it can be a full-scale production across several Paris locations with casting, styling, beauty, set design, video and next-day delivery. These are very different productions, so they cannot have one fixed price.
My fashion photography services for brands in Paris start from €1,500 per project. Every proposal is tailored to the creative direction, the scale of the shoot and the way the final images will be used.

What determines the cost of a brand photoshoot in Paris?
The budget is not only about the time spent taking photographs. It reflects the preparation before the shoot, the team required to create the visual world, the production day itself and the final post-production.
Here are the main elements that shape a quote.
The creative concept
A simple, clean visual concept can be created efficiently in a studio or one location. A more cinematic or editorial campaign may require location scouting, permits, a detailed shot list, props, a larger crew and more time on set.
The clearer the creative direction is from the beginning, the more accurately I can plan the production and recommend where the budget will have the strongest visual impact.
Shoot duration and number of looks
The number of looks, products, models and locations directly affects how much can realistically be photographed in one day.
A focused shoot with a small number of looks may suit a short session. A seasonal lookbook or campaign with multiple outfits, close-up details, movement and different locations usually needs a longer schedule. Paris is beautiful, but moving a full team through the city also takes time.
Team and production support
Some brands arrive in Paris with their own team. Others need me to organise the production locally.
Depending on the project, this can include:
● Model casting and coordination
● Stylist, hair and makeup artist
● Photo assistant or digital technician
● Studio or location scouting
● Production coordination
● Transport, catering and logistics
● Props, flowers or set design
I can work with your existing team or help build the right Paris-based crew around your concept.
Studio, location and permits
Paris offers many visually strong locations, from classic Haussmann architecture and quiet courtyards to modern spaces and studios. The choice depends on the mood of the campaign and the practical needs of the shoot.
Some locations are simple to access; others require advance authorisation, rental fees or permits. If a specific hotel, museum, private residence or landmark is essential to the concept, it is best to mention it at the beginning of the planning process.
Post-production and final deliverables
A quote should always make clear what will be delivered after the shoot.
For brand projects, this may include colour-corrected images for selection, a defined number of fully retouched final photographs, crops for social media or e-commerce, and additional edited images if needed. Beauty, jewellery and high-end fashion work often requires more detailed retouching than fast event or backstage coverage.
For my projects, clients receive all the best images for selection the next day. Once the final selection is confirmed, retouched photographs are delivered within one day.
Photography, video or both
Photography and video can work beautifully together, but they need to be planned as one production rather than added at the last minute.
If you need campaign images as well as fashion film, social reels, backstage footage or short product videos, I can create a schedule that protects both results. This may involve a second operator, additional lighting or more time allocated for movement-based shots.
Usage rights
The intended use of the images is an important part of a commercial quote.
Content for a brand’s website, organic social media and press use is different from a paid advertising campaign, international launch, print campaign or long-term global usage. The more extensive the usage, the more carefully the licence should be defined from the start.
A good brief tells me where the images will appear, in which countries, for how long and whether paid advertising is planned.
